Believing his captive Kendra was resting bound and gagged in a corner of the hotel room, he left her to get something. But when the door closed, Kendra who had been faking that she was resting, squirmed her way out and onto the room bed to get to her cell phone. But, being tied up so tight and well gagged with her mouth packed and taped, it was impossible to get help using the phone. The man returned to catch her and tie her up more secure. The man had warned her what would happen if she didn't cooperate. So later, as she struggles with her jeans and panties pulled down, it becomes obvious what the punishment might be.
