He needs picture proof that he's captured her before anyone will believe him. Carmen is very pissed as she struggles and bitches through the gag. Before he leaves, the man decides to apply a tight OTM gag to ensure the tape doesn't fall off. Once Carmen is alone again, she struggles in an effort to free herself.
