When he is set down on the chair he suddenly grabs her and before she knows she is chairtied. There is a big sponge stuffed inside of her mouth and there is clear PVC tape wrapped around her head. Ruby does her best escaping the tight bondage or get the gag off but is unable to. She can only MMMMMPPPPPHHH through the gag while waiting to be released. Ruby's heart races as panic sets in, her mind racing with thoughts of how she ended up in this terrifying situation. She desperately tries to make eye contact with the patient, hoping to convey her fear and plead for help. As time ticks by, Ruby's hope for a quick resolution fades, leaving her feeling vulnerable and trapped.
When he returns she is balltied and her clear tape gets replaced by kinesio tape making it even harder for her to talk. Ruby tries her best struggling on the ground producing muffled gag talk but it doesn't have the reach she hopes for. With no chance of escaping she feels helpless. The patient's cold and indifferent gaze intensifies Ruby's sense of helplessness, as she realizes that her pleas for assistance are falling on deaf ears. The room feels and Ruby's desperation grows with each passing moment, amplifying her feelings of vulnerability and entrapment.
