Answering a summons from a person in Washington D.C. who is in the witness protection program and needs emergency relocation because they've been discovered, Special Agent Prince is assigned to the case and discovers that this government witness is actually Myron Finklestein (otherwise known as THE COLLECTOR, and originally from Tiedsville) and that the emergency relocation is nothing more than a ruse by Myron in order to get to talk to Agent Prince in person because he finds her sexy and alluring. Balking at the use of the emergency relocation protocols for something as trivial as a social call, Agent Prince angrily rises to leave but the Collector gets so flustered by her imminent departure that he starts to suffer a severe asthma attack. Gasping and wheezing, Diana tries to help the Collector but realizes far too late that it's a trick and soon she gets a spritzing of liquid rest in the eyes and nose and dramatically onto the carpet. Awakening a short time later, she finds herself disarmed, restrained with her own handcuffs, and bound at the ankles with rope! Struggling in an effort to get free, Myron explains that he needs to find someone to marry because his step-mother is kicking him out of the house on his fortieth birthday if he doesn't find himself a wife. With only nine days to go, Myron has decided on Special Agent Diana to be his 'blushing bride' and wants to elope with her to shut his step-mother up. Refusing to marry him and waiting until the Collector leaves the room, Diana manages to transform into Wondrous Woman by rolling across the floor fast enough to enact the transformation and she soon is changed into her colorful spandex crimefighting uniform!

Returning, the Collector is astonished to see Wondrous Woman standing in his living room! Drawing forth his sidearm, the Collector blasts the amazing amazon with nine rounds but WW effortlessly deflects all the lead projectiles with grace and style. Trying to bludgeon her in the head with the butt of his weapon, WW easily disarms him and twists the .45 Colt into a metal pretzel. Trying the "asthma" trick on WW fails to work, and so the Collector spritzes the sexy superheroine with his bottle of liquid rest anyway, but WW's stamina and endurance are too great for the chemical (normally diluted to be safe to use against regular people) to really work.

Capturing the Collector, Wondrous Woman prepares to deliver him to jail but once the cagey criminal tells our heroine about the fact his house is lined with explosives WW demands to know how to disarm the house. After being told what to do to disarm the house, the Collector strikes while Diana is preoccupied with the detonator and he plunges a syringe filled with an UNDILUTED dosage of liquid rest into her sexy star-spangled bottom! Recoiling, the chemical swiftly works its magic and as WW desperately tries to lasso the gloating Collector before he gets away she realizes that she lacks the coordination to swing her golden rope and lasso her enemy. Taking this as an opportunity, the Collector snatches up the lasso and binds Wondrous Woman with it, interrogating her with questions about who she is and where she comes from. to answer a barrage of questions about her homeland on Paradise Island, the amazing amazon rallies her strength and attempts to fight back, until Myron gets his hands on her power items and strips her down. to fight Myron in her depowered state, Wondrous Woman loses again and again to the physically-indomitable Collector who easily pushes her around. Realizing that a physical confrontation is useless, the powerless princess from paradise uses her last weapon in her arsenal... her seductive wiles. Turning up her powers of charm, Diana attempts to sexually arouse the clueless Collector in order to win the day... but will it actually work?
