Chaotica makes the most of the Federations weakness by apparently calling for an insurrection. Short-handed, the Fed respond with the game but inexperienced Miracle Chick to go and take down the Madame of Chaos. The world's press are out in force to witness the spectacle, and were it a simple hand to hand fight, perhaps Miracle Chick could win... but when Chaotica reveals 'The Heroine Crusher' is with her, the young heroine looks like she'll fail her audition!
