Barby, suffers from claustrophobia and is helped by a psychologist named Franco. Lau, the stepmother of Barby, is there to support her stepdaughter. They discuss Barby's claustrophobia and how it limits her daily life activities. Franco explains that he uses techniques where the subject is tied up and gagged, and asks if Barby is okay with that. Barby agrees, and the therapy begins. Franco starts to tie Barby with rope, tying her hands behind the back and her ankles and legs in various spots.

Franco then put panties over Barby's head - a pantyhood - and putting a red ball gag in her mouth from the outside of the panties. Franco then puts Barby on her stomach on the floor and makes her wrists connected to their ankles with a rope to make her hogtied. He then ties a rope around the back of the panties on Barby's head very tight to the back of Barby's ankles.

Franco and Lau watch Barby struggling on the floor, while Lau looks at her in pity for a few minutes. Franco removes the panties and ball gag from Barby's mouth and he and Lau drags her over the floor to the kitchen. They lift Barby to lay on top of the kitchen counter, pulling a pink pantyhose down over Barby's face and telling her to open her mouth wide. Lau wraps silver tape in Barby's mouth from outside the pantyhose, making her stepdaughter a tape cleave gag.

When the pantyhose encasement is tied to the back of Barby's ankles, Franco and Lau leaves the room, to prepare a blue barrel outside. They untie the pantyhose from Barby's face and untie the rope hogtying her. Franco takes the pink pantyhose used to encase Barby's face and stuffs it deep inside Barby's mouth, packing her cheeks completely full.

He then wrap clear tape around Barby's head, followed by brown packing tape which he also use to make her a hood, leaving only her eyes/nose exposed. Franco and Lau make Barby jump out in front of the house, placing her inside the narrow barrel.

After 2-3 minutes, they come back. Franco makes Barby stand up in the barrel, blindfolding her eyes with the brown packing tape. Barby is once again made to sit inside the barrel, and Franco and Lau leave. We watch the blindfolded, gagged and hooded girl make muffled noise in the barrel until the scene ends!
