She tells them they were speeding and driving erratically which Ashley denies. Ziva gets suspicious when she sees a can in one of the cup holders and immediately tells them to put their hands out of the car where she can see them. She cuffs Ashley and has her sit on the curb before handcuffing Zelda and sitting her down with Ashley. Next Officer Ziva searches the car where she finds a can of alcohol and some other illegal items in the car. After talking to the ladies about what she found in the car she quickly places them under arrest, puts them in her vehicle and transports them to jail to get booked.
