Captain Liberty faces off against two dangerous villains; Victor Mortis and Snare. Victor uses a weapon that appears to malfunction to her, giving her enhanced strength. She goes on the attack, enjoying making fools of the two men. Suddenly though, her power is drained, and she is at the mercy of the very villains she had mocked. Victor has wicked plans for her, but not before they've both had some fun.
Victor Mortis has created a weapon that can de-power any superheroine, but there is a problem: Before it drains their powers, for a few minutes it makes them far stronger. Victor calls on Snare to help him to drain Captain Liberty, hoping his ability with ropes might tie her down long enough for them to survive until the drain takes effect. Captain Liberty arrives, and when the weapon is first used she enjoys her extra strength as the villains struggle. When the drain occurs, things go very badly for her as Snare uses his ropes to torment her weakened body.
