The Commissioner's step-daughter, Stella, is minding her own business in her living room, when Nyxon bursts into the room telling her that it's time her step-father paid his debts. Stella tells Nyxon that she she has no idea what she's talking about, so Nyxon explains that Stella's step-father has done some shady business with her corporation, and never made good on his debts. Nyxon places her hand over Stella's mouth & the next scene finds Stella on the floor in a tight frogtie with her arms bound tightly behind her. Nyxon wraps a tight vet wrap cleave gag around Stella's head, then calls her step-father to let him know that he needs to pay up. Nyxon then leaves Stella to struggle while she goes out to collect her debt.
