After being caught by the head master, it's clear that these two need to be taught a lesson and be left together in a position where they have to think about their situation and find a way to make up. So they're taked to the Headmasters quarters where they're both put in the ropes and secured together on the bed. They're then left, secured in rope, both cleave gagged and left to struggle against each other. They try in vain to rub each others gags off and get free, but clearly Headmaster knows his way around the knots. Don't worry though, this has a happy ending, they manage to remove their gags and eventually kiss and make up.
