Mary's cousin Khloe returns home from a long trip to Europe. Mary opens the door and invites her inside and they talk about Khloe's trip to Europe. Khloe shares that she has bought some special things from Europe and opens her suitcase with some kinky items inside: a ball gag, a collar, rope and duct tape. She asks Mary if she want to play with her. Mary agrees and puts the leashed collar on Khloe, strapping it tight around her neck. Khloe is also ball gagged.

Mary then takes the leash and make Khloe walk upstairs to the bedroom. She ties rope around each of Khloe's wrists, wraps her legs up with duct tape and ties her arms out to each side of the bed in a Y-position. Mary makes Khloe barefoot, massages her feet and tickles them. Then she uses a shoelace to bind her big toes so that Khloe is toe-tied.

With Khloe toe-tied, the appreciation of her feet continues with some light tickling. Mary finally leaves Khloe alone in the room stuck to the bed!
