Tilly has come across some playing cards while looking around for some clues and they had let her know that in order to proceed any further, she must take a gamble and perform in some bondage with some ropes nearby. In order to fulfill her journey, Tilly decides to comply and tie herself up and squirm around for a few minutes before tying herself up and squirm around some more in nothing but the ropes that are binding her.
