Portia, the hotel manager received a complaint that something was going on in this man's hotel room. When she went to check on it, apparently, she saw too much. So the man grabbed her and tied her up with rope. to shut her up, he stuffed a gag in her mouth. He then left Portia struggling bound and gagged until he could figure out what to do with her. Later, the man removed Portia's skirt and left her tied up and gagged in her girdle on the sofa of the room.
