He had been watching Nicole. Her routine was to get up early and go to the hotel gym. He figured this was the best time to grab her. He watched as she did her workout. Then he followed her to the elevator. This is when he grabbed her. He dragged her into his room and quickly started tying her up. Then she started getting noisy. So he stuffed and tied a handkerchief in her mouth to gag her. When he left Nicole, she started trying to get herself untied. But the knots were tied tight and there was no way she would be getting loose. Her only hope was to work her way to the door and make enough noise for someone outside to hear her. But the man returned and grabbed her just as she reached the door. He pulled her away and to make sure she couldn't cause him anymore problems, he put her in a strict hogtie. To punish her, he pulled her shorts and sports bra down.
