While investigating a break-in at a warehouse, Ultragirl is taken by surprise! She has her back turned, when suddenly a huge lasso appears around her, trapping her and rendering her powers useless. She turns around and recognises the henchman, and scolds him for sticking to a life of crime. Ultragirl proposes that if she can bread free from this bondage, then the henchmen will get off scot free! Intrigued, the baddie agrees does their worst!
