Alora calls her boyfriend at work and leaves a message on his phone.. For his birthday surprise she has rented a hotel room, she leaves him her room number. She also left keys to the 3 pairs of handcuffs, toecuffs and locking ballgag in his car. She has no key. She promises to paint her fingernails and toenails red for him as he has been begging her to do so. She gets off the phone and locks her ballgag in place as tight as it would go. She then applies lipstick around the ballgag in the mirror. Moving over to the bed, she cuffs her ankles and wrist tightly together with hinged cuffs. Locked in place no turning back now. She then remembers that she has promised the red nailpolish. Unable to remove the cuffs or gag she has no choice but to paint her toenails and fingernails bright red while handcuffed and ankle cuffed. She grunts thorough her gag as it is hard work.She takes her time and even puts on toe rings and uses foam toe separators. Polish done, she adds toecuffs and cuffs her handcuffs to her ankle cuffs. Completely helpless and unable to call for help she begins to rethink her birthday surprise....Hoping he gets the message and didn't lose his phone.
