Bella and a friend have ripped this guy off. After tracking her down, Bella explains to the man, that her friend has his money. He makes her call the friend to get her to come over with his money. But, knowing Bella might warn the friend, the man ties her up real tight and gags her. Bella is then left to struggle bound and gagged as they wait for her friend to arrive.
