He has been having problems with a group of roller skaters coming onto his property and causing problems. When he tried to reason with them, one of them, a girl named Dixie, flipped him off and skated away. So today when he caught her again on his property, he grabbed her and dragged her inside. With Dixie protesting and trying to resist, he tied her to the stair railing in his house. Then so the other skaters could not hear her cries for help, he stuffed her mouth and tied a tube sock between her teeth to gag her. Dixie thrashed about, trying to escape. But being tied standing, still on her roller skates, she had to worry about losing her balance and could not deal with the knots. Later the man returned and took her down from the stair railing. He re-tied her with her hands behind her back. He also gagged her better by stuffing her mouth again, this time with a larger pair of panties. He then used tape to pack the wad of panties tightly in her mouth.
