A nervous young Lab assistant is given a powerful ring by her hero supergirl. After supergirl dismisses her friendship attempts she discovers the ring allows her to drain energy from different sources. First she takes on some electricity making her incredibly strong, beofre she turns her attention to the girl of steel.
