A long standing feud between a heroine and villain reaches a flash point as the villain manages to track the heroine down in her civilian form and attempts to steal her powers. Things get complicated when the device fails and they are interupted by a seemingly ordinary bystander. Using her as leverage the villain manages to capture the superpowers but the young woman has incredible powers of her own. But is it enough to stop the Villain?
