Karly Salinas is a businesswoman who was supposed to go to an important meeting. Unfortunately for her, she was boxtied in her purple short sleeve blouse and short black skirt. A purple ballgag kept her from crying out. She starts off standing up and trying to get out of her bonds. Before too long she's fallen backwards on to the couch and soon enough on the floor. The humiliated Karly is in for a long day like this and will likely lose her job over missing such an important meeting, even if she tells them she couldn't make it because she was all tied up!
