All dressed up as a witch for Halloween, Bethany is taking a stroll through her neighborhood when she notices that someone has moved into a long vacant house. Excited to meet her new neighbor, the gregarious Bethany decides to introduce herself. But the occupant is a bit deranged and mistakes Bethany for being a real witch! He yanks the startled Bethany into the house and starts tying her up!
