It’s lunchtime in Falcon Haven City and at the offices of the Delta City Tribune, the owner and high-powered business executive Axanna Morgan, sits waiting impatiently for an urgent call from her assistant. Sat in a comfy armchair, the gorgeous blonde businesswoman crosses her long, shapely legs and occasionally taps a few keys on her laptop as she sighs and looks at her watch.
Looking absolutely stunning in a tight-fitting white shirt, black leather blazer, black mini-skirt and high heels, Axanna peers through her glasses as she finally manages to reach her employee.
After an angry exchange, the uppity newspaper boss tells her assistant she has to hang up, as the city's police commissioner is on the other line. This can only mean one thing... Axanna's alter-ego, the costumed avenger Green Specter, is wanted!!!
"Hello, Commissioner? This is Green Specter! What can I do for you?" the newspaper magnate asks, changing her voice to a more serious tone.
The police boss informs the heroine that the evil Sultan of Shibari has escaped from prison and is currently on the loose somewhere in Delta City! Shocked by this disturbing turn of events, Axanna assures the commissioner that as the city's most dedicated superheroine, she will put the criminal mastermind back behind bars by tracking down his whereabouts...
"Let me save you trouble Miss Morgan!" comes a strange voice beside the stunned businesswoman.
It's none other than the Sultan himself!!! Walking into her office, the arrogant arab takes the startled blonde beauty completely by surprise and informs her that he has an exclusive story for her newspaper. The dastardly desert dweller has contaminated the city reservoir, the main source of Delta City's water supply, with a particularly nasty compound that will make all the water in the city undrinkable!
However, if the authorities agree to pay him $10 million then he will hand over an antidote that will clear the water supply and make it drinkable again! There is, however, one catch...
That the Green Specter delivers the cash!!!
Her instructions are to go to an address that the vile criminal will leave with Axanna and to come alone!
Of course, The Sultan has no idea that Axanna's true identity is that of The Green Specter herself, but the criminal mastermind decides to leave the courageous crimefighter a personal "message" so the masked champion of justice will know his intentions are sincere...
A highly frustrated Axanna cannot reveal her true self and therefore, has no choice but to yield to the Sultan, who turns the gorgeous executive around and begins to tightly secure her wrists behind her back. Once tied, the vile villain then silences the woman's protests by stuffing a silk scarf into her mouth, slicing between her plump red lips and tightly cleave-gagging her.
Axanna's eyes are almost popping out of her head as the Sultan continues to tightly bind her with more rope and soon she is his helpless captive. After leaving her alone to struggle, the criminal mastermind departs and the blonde beauty is now in a desperate situation...
The Green Specter is needed to take the money to the Sultan's hideout in what must surely be a trap! But right now, there is zero chance of that happening as the helpless heroine has her own problems to deal with first...
Part Two
Fortunately, after some considerable time, Axanna manages to escape and changes into her crimefighting apparel of a green leather corset, green leather briefs, fishnet stockings, thigh-high black leather boots, long shiny black leather gloves and her green leather eye mask to hide her true identity. She also dons her special utility belt complete with a Golden "G" on the buckle.
A good crimefighter never leaves home without a well-stocked utility belt...
A short while later we join the costumed avenger to see she has arrived at the Sultan's hideout with a bag of cash drawn out of Axanna's own business account - after all, Delta City's finest champion of justice isn't about to gamble local government funds on such a venture... besides, the superconfident superheroine plans on wrapping up this case and recapturing The Sultan in double quick time!
Checking out her surroundings, The Green Specter carefully studies the room she is in and spots a small table in the corner with a box and a note addressed to her on top. Stealthily making her way over to it, she puts down the bag of cash and picks up the note...
"To the Specter Slut!" she reads, letting out a grunt of disgust. "How dare he refer to me as a Slut!"
"Put the money down and open the box. Inside you will find the antidote. Take it and leave! My security cameras are watching you... Your move, doll face!"
The annoyed avenger grunts in displeasure again but realises she has no choice but to comply.
"I'll play this scumbag's game for now!" she says. "But I'll get my revenge on him!"
Carefully opening the box, Green Specter suddenly feels the urge to begin laughing once the small container is opened but can't quite fathom why???
Chucking, cackling and laughing uncontrollably, the masked maiden of might cannot stop giggling and despite her terrible predicament, she simply isn't able to concentrate on escaping this dire situation! Gradually losing all focus and her ability to fight crime, the defeated damsel continues to laugh manically as she realises she is in grave danger...

A short while later, Green Specter finds herself tightly tied to a chair with a huge red ball gag stretching her luscious lips painfully wide apart and a large ominous vibrator secured between her legs, pressing against her crotch.
After struggling for a a few minutes, the humiliated heroine realises she cannot get free, such are the tightness of her bonds. Thin ropes dig into her crossed, gloved wrists behind her back and more rope is lashed around her heaving breasts, keeping her arms pinned down.

Highly confused, Green Specter attempts to struggle but soon discovers she is strapped down well with her booted legs parted wide and her gloved arms pinned to her sides.
A few strips of brown tape over her mouth, seals it shut and gags her well, reducing her muffled protests to inaudible grunts and groans. The straps are pulled tightly and are all along her body, over her ankles, knees, waist and chest. Another is secured over her forehead, keeping the bewildered blonde beauty from moving it out from directly underneath the tap.
At this point, the startled superheroine became fully aware of what was about to happen...
The Sultan walks into the room but the masked heroine cannot see him as the straps keep the Green Specter from moving her head. Instead, she recognises his familiar evil laughter.
Appearing into view, the vile villain smiles broadly and taunts the defeated damsel, finally revealing what his insane scheme entails...
He informs Green Specter that any second now he will turn on the tap and tiny droplets of water will begin to drip down onto her forehead. The intended result of several hours of this ordeal is to turn the helpless heroine into his hopeless patsy!!!
The champion of justice gulps. As her alter ego Axanna Morgan, the beautiful blonde had spent some time studying in North Africa and it just so happens that she read about the art of Arabian Water Torment and its devastating effects. The desperate do-gooder knew what the Sultan said was true and if she didn’t get loose somehow, then the continuous dripping of tiny water droplets onto her head would indeed drive her stir crazy...
But would it be enough to turn her into the vile villain’s plaything?!? Only time would tell and as the Sultan turned on the faucet, he left her alone to face the music - and music it was! The endless drip-drip of the water seemed to land on her head with an almost rhythmic regularity, bouncing off her upper face like a stick beating a drum.
After a while, tiny streams of water began to run off her head and either into her damp blonde tresses or into her beautiful eyes, causing much annoyance and frustration to the helpless heroine.
This added to the deep frustration she felt at this precise time. Feebly attempting to struggle, all the Green Specter seemed able to do was gyrate her hips, such was the tightness of the straps that held her down.

Could she do it? Or would this finally be the end of the Green Specter? Would she end up as the Sultan's toy? Or will she eventually remember the ancient incantation and be able to free herself of the torment???
