The blonde decides to leave Tony and Sarah to wriggle furiously, while she goes to see if in the clinic she can find something useful for her goal; become Alba Zevon. Sarah has her super boobs exposed and it is certainly not easy for Tony to maintain concentration and try to untie himself before the crazy blonde returns; the two doctors squirm and try to communicate despite the two huge gags applied to their mouths, unfortunately for them Alba has a very precise idea of what to do to two doctors, the psycho will make them pay for the fact that they wanted to obstacle her plan.
