Laika Labado visits Dr. Jessi Gomez, unhappy with her nose. Dr. Jessi, obsessed with noses, examines every detail, from the bridge to the nostrils. To continue the extensive nose examination uninterrupted, she duct tapes Laika to the chair and tapegags her with a piece of duct tape too. Using a special tool, Dr. Jessi explores Laika's nostrils, then removes the tape to check the inside of her mouth.
