Angelica says backup is on their way but the bad guy knows she wasn't able to provide them her location so no one is coming to rescue her any soon! The bad guy stuffs a huge ball of pantyhose in Angelica's mouth, muffling her voice and then gags her with a massive and super tight wraparound tape gag! She can't make a noise, the gag is super effective and pretty humiliating!
