Zoey Ziptie and Emily Addams are foreign exchange students participating in an illegal challenge where they film them themselves vandalizing rural area properties. Zoey and Emily don't seem worried at all because they are foreign exchange students with diplomatic immunity. Their problem is that they have wandered into an area where their immunity is not recognized. Zoey disappears into the vandalized camper and soon after Dr Cupcakes appears, and soon Emily is his over the shoulder captive.
