Then the pair are felt up, advised that the Head will be collected from the station later and will want to deal with them, most harshly, and are left locked in the office, struggle and gag talking mightily. After much incredible gagged up chair shuffling, Mr CoalScuttle returns and plugs them up even more mightily, this time going positively ape with the tape.
