A pile of rope and a lap top computer with a video image of a girl taped up and gagged. Her curiosity got to her and Rachel decided to play the video. As she watched the girl struggle bound and gagged, she notice her neighbor was also in the video. "Oh my God! He ties girls up!" she said out loud.
