Landlord Gina Rae has had it with delinquent tenant Betty Jaded. Betty has refused to pay her rent for 5 straight months despite Gina's attempts. She has repeatedly sent her goon over but Betty always has some story as to why she has no cash. This time Gina is going to pay Betty a visit herself and she isn't leaving without some sort of compensation from dead beat Betty. She sits down with Betty and gets a string of excuses as to why Betty is so late. Betty offers Gina $22 (all her cash on hand) and Gina is very offended. Finally, fed up, Gina grabs Betty roughly hand gagging her and pushing her to the floor. Next we see Betty securely duct taped and seated ina chair. Betty is furious at Gina but Gina doesn't care. She explains that she is going to take whatever she can to off set the debt that Betty owes. She rips off Betty's tennis shoes and sock. First forcing the shoe in her face and then rubbing the sweaty sock, Gina pinches Betty's nose and packs Betty's mouth FULL. She wraps it in tightly and then grabs Betty's purse and begins to go through it to take what she wants. She immediately finds several hundred dollars in cash and Gina is furious that Betty lied. Gina is really pissed and confesses that she was only going to shake Betty down a bit and then let her go. Now she intends to leave the lying bitch bound and gagged. After taking what she wants from Betty's purse, she leaves betty, who falls off the chair to struggle on the floor. Gina finds an expensive two karat diamond ring and returns to taunt Betty about how much she will be able to hock the beautiful ring for. Gina kisses Betty's gagged face and leaves the helpless and defeated renter to struggle and try to scream through her thoroughly packed mouth. Betty flops and mmmmmppphhhhss until finally she hears her boyfriend return. Betty tries to tell him what has happened, but he misunderstands and thinks that Betty has done this to herself as a "treat" for him. Despite Betty's muffled protests and bitching, he slips in behind her, pulls her jeans down, enters her from behind and begins to fuck her . Betty screams through her gag, but he pays no attention, hand gagging her as he pounds away.
