She begins to introduce herself, but the manager explains that here, they speak French, not English, and that she must therefore make an effort to understand. Snowflake is irritated by the manager's curt and unsympathetic tone. She tries to explain, but her irritation grows. The manager becomes angry in turn and suddenly grabs Snowflake by the arm in protest.

The manager sits her on a chair and begins to tie her up. Snowflake doesn't understand what's happening or why, and protests more and more as the man uses a rope. Once her hands and torso are securely tied to the chair, he returns with a huge ball gag to silence the secretary, who continues to complain. What a strange welcome in this country!

The director continues to tie Snowflake to the chair until her entire body is bound. The secretary's incessant "MMMmmmmgggggrrrrhhhh" echoes through the room as the man leaves to continue his work.
When he returns, he asks her if she's learned her lesson and removes the huge ball gag. But apparently, she hasn't learned her lesson and continues to complain, still in English! The director's reaction is immediate: he stuffs a huge piece of cloth into her mouth, silencing her again, but she quickly throws it away, which she shouldn't have done. He puts it back in her mouth and wraps the gag in tape. She's completely silent, and her previous "MMMmmppphhhhhrrrggg" is even quieter than before, faced with the thick gag filling her mouth. After long minutes of struggling, Snowflake is exhausted and sweating profusely. It's normal, with all those ropes, this gag, and the energy she's exerting to free herself!

How long will her ordeal last? How will she be able to warn her boss about the situation while she's tied up and gagged like this?
