Gina and Randy are roommates. When they get into an argument about Gina helping herself to Randy's last soda. Gina ends up hogtied on the kitchen counter with rope in her blouse, short skirt and pantyhose. Randy gags her by packing her mouth and wraps it in. She takes advantage of the situation by tickling Gina's feet through her tights. Lots of laughing and bucking as Gina unsucessfully tries to get away from Randy's long fingers.
