Miss Whitney Morgan is a spy disguised as a secretary - blouse, short tight skirt, pantyhose, high heels - on the trail of a criminal. Finding the hideout, she starts snooping around. Quickly, she's caught & tightly bound with rope - wrists, chest, knees, ankles & cleave gagged, stashed away to struggle to free herself. The criminal decides he must run, signaling her to hop over to a chair - to be tied tight to the chair & switches to a tight OTM over the mouth gag for his escape. Miss Whitney Morgan is then left to struggle to attempt to free herself.
