I simply sit back and watch Diamondly struggle to deal with her excess saliva and being on her knees on the concrete floor. Every once in a while she has to adjust and really pull on the nose clamp in order to deal with her predicament. At the very end of the clip, I clamp her nipples with some heavy duty spring clamps that only add to her misery. This is where Part 4 ends.
