Ai Kumamoto is a young and naive policewoman in Tokyo who decides to investigate for herself the reports of missing people in the tunnels of Shinjuku. The traces leads her deeper and deeper into the guts of the city until she reaches a chamber that might have been abandoned for decades, and there she awakes an ancient evil! A vampire from another time and place who has been trapped in that deep and dark chamber now is free. The vampire captures Ai and ties her up, hands behind her back, then gags her with a cleave gag. Ai struggles desperately until finally manages it to get her legs free, she roams around the chamber looking for an exit. Ai walks with her hands tied behind her back and her mouth gagged, across a dark hall towards an exit but the vampire appears from thin air right in front of her, chasing her. Ai runs towards the other end of the chamber, opens a door and the vampire appears there! Ai can't escape!
