全国啦啦队锦标赛终于到来了。阿尔芭和杰米是啦啦队中最强的一对，也是彼此最看不顺眼的对手。杰米穿着制服，拿到了房间分配，走进房间后发现阿尔芭就在里面。两个女孩为了谁的房间发生了激烈的争吵，每个人都坚持要求对方离开，并且她们不能共用一个房间。阿尔芭慢慢地绕过杰米，迅速拿出绳子，将杰米的胳膊反绑在身后，紧紧地绑住她的手肘和手腕。杰米正要嘲笑自己无助的对手时，杰米的男朋友来了，控制住了局面。他迅速绑住了阿尔芭，又给杰米套上绳子，还把两个女孩的嘴塞住了！他告诉杰米他要去前台处理这件事，然后把两个女孩单独留在房间里。她们愤怒地扭打在一起，拒绝互相帮助，穿着制服和连裤袜的她们互相拳打脚踢。她们心里暗自盘算着男朋友是否会回来，或者她们是否会整晚都这样被困着！The national cheerleading championships are finally here. Alba and Jayme are two of the best and also heated rivals who do not like each other at all. Jayme in her uniform gets her room assignment and enters her room only to find Alba inside. A catty argument breaks out between the girls about whose room it is, each insisting that the other girl needs to leave and they will NOT be sharing a room. Alba slowly works her way to the around Jayme and quickly produces some rope and pulls Jayme's arms behind her back and tightly binds her elbows and wrists. She begins to mock her helpless rival when Jayme's boyfriend arrives and takes control. He quickly ties up Alba and adds more rope to Jayme and ball gags both girls! He tells Jayme he is going to the front desk to work this out and leaves the two girls alone in the room. They both angrily begin to struggle refusing to help each other, they slap and kick at each other in their uniforms and pantyhose. In the back of their mind wondering if the boyfriend will return or will they be stuck like this all night!
