the scene begins with victoria who was arrested by an officer, she is outraged because the officer has not mentioned the reasons for her detention, the officer simply arrested her and took her to the station, while the officer fixes her documentation, victoria will have to wait seated and handcuffed but she begins to despair of her situation so she tries to struggle and free herself from the handcuffs but her effort is useless the handcuffs will not be released so easily. the officer returns for victoria to continue with the arrest process.
