He is having an affair with a married woman. But someone has told the woman's husband what is going on and now the woman is in big trouble. The man figures out it was the woman's step-sister Sarah who told the husband. The man decides to deal with Sarah and make her pay. The video starts with the man talking to his girlfriend on his phone. He tells her that he knows who snitched them off and is going to deal with that person. But, he doesn't tell his girl friend that it is her step-sister Sarah. Then we see Sarah sitting there right next to the man as he talks on his phone. The man has Sarah tied up and gagged. After the man hangs up, he uses more rope to tie her tighter and more secure. After leaving her to struggle bound and gagged, the man comes back. He gets Sarah to admit that she told her step-sister's husband is because she is jealous of her being with him. It turns Sarah has the hots for the man and like she has done many times in the past, her step-sister has taken another man from her. He then makes a deal with Sarah to let her go. But first, she has to call the husband and tell him that she was lying about her step-sister and the man. After she does this, the man still keeps her tied up. Sarah protests as he stuffs her mouth to gag her again. The man then ties Sarah in a strict hogtie and pulls her boobs out of her bra. Now humiliated and tied painfully tight, Sarah can hardly move.
