Pretty Sarah Brooke is cruelly bound completely nude except for her dirty and sweaty white socks. Sarah has tried so many times to quit smoking - but she hasn't made it yet. That's why I come into the room with cigarettes and explain to her that I will help her today. I take 2 cigarettes out of the pack and have Sarah has to light them. Then I put them deep into both nostrils. Now helpless Sarah can smoke the cigarettes through her nose. Soon I notice that everything is going much too slowly because Sarah breathes a lot through her mouth. I take the cigarettes out of her nose. Then I take off her dirty and sweaty socks and put them in the girl's mouth and wrap the duct tape around and around her head. I then toe tie her big toes with a thin cord. I don't want Sarah moving her head around so I attach a the thick leather posture collar over Sarah´s neck and connect it very strict with the toe-tie so that Sarah´s head is arched back very tough. I tell her this is important so Sarah can't throw the cigarettes out of her nose by shaking her head. I pick up the two lit cigarettes again and explain to poor Sarah that it will certainly go faster now. The two cigarettes are put deep into Sarah´s nose again. At first she tries to hold her breath but the gag makes this impossible. When the cigarettes fall out I put them back even deeper. I can tell Sarah is in despair and I remind her that this is all for her own good. I explain to her that I only want to help her. I squeeze her nose with my fingers even though the two cigarettes are still in it. Now she can't suck in air at the side of the cigarette, she has to smoke them through her nose. When she takes a deep breath. I keep holding her nose for a second or a third breath, until I realize it's getting too much for her. Then you take out the cigarettes allowing her to cough briefly and we repeat this game several times. When it is apparent that Sarah is completely devastated I put out her cigarettes, blindfold her with the tape around her head and leave her alone.
