Angel, always of ambiguous loyalties is met by Victor Mortis who plans to use technology to amplify her mind control powers in order to broadcast to the world the wonderful idea of handing all of their property to the world government. Angel isn't keen on the idea, but Victor has planned for her... reluctance.
Angel is called to a clandestine meeting with Victor Mortis, who outlines a devious plot to amplify her mind control power during a global broadcast and brainwash the public into signing over all private property to the World Government, for safety reasons. Angel may have done some questionable things in the past, but this is far too much and she refuses point blank. Victor attempts to gas her, but when that only partially works, he attacks. However, only when Nancy Blackwood arrives and power drains Angel do things really start to go wrong for the heroine. Her powers temporarily gone, the devious duo make mincemeat of the blonde in white satin, looking to put her in bondage so her power is always under wraps.
