Tyler is very effective in this role as the victimized patient in an “Insane Asylum for Young Women,” first put into a straitjacket, then into thick ankle cuffs that hobble her walking. A ball gag follows despite her protests, as she learns her treatment may take “a few years.” Dr. Adams soon ushers Tyler into a bedroom where Tyler’s red leggings are taken off, revealing shiny bronze tights. Dr. Adams then says she has some paperwork to do, and leaves Tyler alone to struggle in futility in the straitjacket: moaning and almost sobbing under the harsh Microfoam tape which, in a final touch, was put over her ballgag to complete her look of ultimate wide-eyed submission to a long and frightening fate.
