The Black Skull is at it again this time he setting a trap and his bait the noisy reporter Hannah Perez. He has her all taped up in a chair and adds a pendant that has a gem that will make Blair Weak and Powerless. He then adds tape around Hannah head to keep her quiet.

When Blair walks in she tries to free Hannah but then feels herself getting weak and . She awakes and finds herself all bound up just like Hannah.
