TAG：双层堵嘴、丝袜套头、直臂驷马、捆绑全过程。Serene is being menaced by a man who seemingly has some plans for her. He XXXX her in a room, cruelly binds her arms, and then places a large red ballgag in her mouth. That doesn't seem to be quite enough for him though, he winds microfoam tape around her head and places a stocking hood on top with electrical tape finishing that off. Serene moans in discomfort wondering what she's done to deserve this fate. Eventually her plight gets worse as her stocking hood is pulled back and tied off leaving her in a rather hellish hogtie with the large ballgag pushing towards the back of her throat.
