阿尔芭结束了一天漫长而压力巨大的工作，回到家只想放松一下，找点乐子。她的男朋友在家，但他却说还有工作要完成，很遗憾现在没空陪她。阿尔芭有些沮丧，走进卧室，开始脱掉工作服，最后只剩下衬衫、胸罩和内裤。她抓起一双长袜穿上，在床上放松了一会儿，突然灵光一闪。她出门去找正在工作的男朋友，问他能不能抽出点时间帮她做点事。他答应了，但说他得回去工作，不能浪费太多时间。阿尔芭说只需要一会儿，让他先在沙发旁等她，她去拿些东西。男朋友耸耸肩，走向沙发，阿尔芭则起身去拿东西。

阿尔芭回到沙发旁，手里拿着一些布料和一把绳子。她告诉男友，如果他忙，她就得自己找点乐子，等他忙完。阿尔芭开始绑脚踝，告诉他自己可以塞住嘴绑脚踝，但其他部分需要帮忙。她让男友绑住她的胸部和手腕，再加一根胯绳。绑好脚踝后，她抓了些填充物塞住嘴，然后又戴上一个开口塞，等着男友完成剩下的部分。他继续绑她，最后把胯绳系在她背后绑着的手腕上。他让阿尔芭好好享受，说他得回去工作了。阿尔芭被留在沙发上，享受着她新的困境。她挣扎着，变换着姿势，拉扯着两腿间的绳子，享受着那种感觉。过了一会儿，阿尔芭有了个新主意。她起身跳进另一个房间，男友还在那里工作。在她发出几声急促的“嗯嗯嗯！”声引起男友注意后，男友终于从她嘴里取出了堵嘴的东西。阿尔芭说她还有个主意，问他能不能再帮她一会儿。阿尔芭说他们需要去卧室，并坚持要他抱着她。男友勉强答应，把她扛在肩上带走了。

She then grabs a pair of long socks and pulls them on and relaxes on her bed for a moment before and idea pops in her head. She heads out to find her boyfriend who is busy working and asks him if he can spare some time to help her out with something. He agrees but says he needs to get back to work and can't waste too much time. Alba says it will only take a moment and she tells him to wait for her by the couch while she goes and grabs some things. The boyfriend shrugs and heads to the couch while Alba leaves to go grab some things.


Alba returns to the couch with some cloth and a handful of rope. She tells her boyfriend that if he's busy, she'll need to entertain herself until he is done. Alba begins to tie her ankles and tells him that she can gag herself and tie her ankles but needs some help with the rest. She asks her boyfriend to tie her chest, wrists and add a crotch rope. After finishing tying her ankles, she grabs some stuffing to fill her mouth and then adds a cleave gag over it and then waits while her boyfriend does the rest. He proceeds to finish tying her up, finally attaching the crotch rope to her wrists bound behind her back. He tells Alba to enjoy and says he needs to get back to work. Alba is left on the couch to enjoy her new predicament. She struggles, changes positions and tugs on the rope between her legs enjoying the sensation it brings. After a while, Alba has a new idea. She gets up and hops into the other room where her boyfriend is still working. Her boyfriend finally pulls the gag from between her teeth after she gets his attention with several insistent "mmmmphs!". Alba says she has another idea and asks if he can help for just another little bit. Alba says that they'll need to head to the bedroom and insists that she carry her. Her boyfriend relents, picks her up over his shoulder and carries her away.
He tells Alba that he'll be back shortly after he finishes work but in the meantime she can continue with her fun. He double checks vibe and makes sure it's still strapped tightly in place and is where it needs to be. He goes to leave but switches the vibrator back on and then exits. Alba is left to squirm and moan in ecstasy for a while as the vibrator continues its work.
