A young downtrodden woman is constantly covering for her colleage when she finds herself trapped after his negligence causes a reactor meltdown. But the radiation gives her incredible powers which she puts to use confronting the bully. However their boss arrives and reveals she expirimented on the woman on purpose. There is just one problem. The boss has even more power than they could imagine.
