视频的故事情节部分大约在 17:24 结束，其余部分是幕后花絮，展示了如何移除 Josie 的最后一个口塞。A “friend” of Josie invites her over and shows her photos he’s taken of her having an affair. He gives her 2 choices: 1) be outed and likely have her current relationship ruined or 2) let him tie her up and gag her and he’ll keep quiet. With much reluctance, Josie goes with option 2. The jerk even makes her ask him to tie her up and shove different gags in her mouth. He ties her feet, too!

Gag 1:
Josie’s mouth is filled with a big yellow bandana and 5 strips of light blue kinesiology tape are smoothed over her lips.

Gag 2:
A yellow sponge is worked into Josie’s mouth and a white cloth is tied tightly between her teeth.

Gag 3:
Josie gets her mouth packed with a pair of white microfiber panties and silver vinyl tape is wrapped over her lower face.

The storyline part of the clip ends at around 17:24 and the rest is behind the scenes footage showing the removal of Josie’s last gag.
