Daisy is on the local Board of Education, and is sure to vote no on a critical budget matter. Fed up with her negative attitude, the husband of one of the other board members decides to do his wife and the town a favor and “convince” Daisy to miss the vote. Of course, that “convincing” includes ropes, gags, and duct tape!
