Pandora just moved into a new neighborhood and she couldn't take that dog barking constantly. She went to her neighbor's house and banged on the door. It was freezing out so the man told her to come in. Once in, Pandora is nicely trying to tell him he has to leave his dog in during the day. They get in a heated conversation until that abruptly ends. The man grabs her to her hands and arms tied behind her. She is pissed and bound. He wraps a tie through her lips and around her head stuffing her mouth full and tying the tie tight. He ends up regagging her and puts her in a hogtie after ripping her blouse off.
