阿斯特丽德进来时，身着舞服，宛如一位真正的舞者，丝滑的尼龙材质勾勒出她优美的身姿……而我，却将她所有的美好都化作了紧绷而可控的痛苦。

这次体验的核心在于细绳和极致的束缚。

我将阿斯特丽德绑成站立的姿势，用多层细绳紧紧缠绕她的身体——从躯干、手臂到腿部——直到她被完全“包裹”并固定住。她的双肘被拉到背后，尽可能地挤压在一起，形成一种紧张而狭窄的姿势，让她每一次呼吸和动作都更加紧绷。

一个紧紧的口塞封住了她的嘴，让她只能发出含糊不清的声音，努力忍受着压力。为了彻底困住她，我用绳子将她固定在一个从天花板垂下的环上——这足以支撑和控制她保持直立，却又让她无法自由活动。

她只能原地挣扎。站立。被束缚。双肘被挤压。绳索缠绕，无处不在。一位美丽的舞者被细绳紧紧束缚，只能做出渺小而绝望的动作。

This session is all about thin rope and extreme restriction.

I bind Astrid standing, wrapping her body in many tight layers of thin rope - across her torso, arms, and legs - until she’s fully “packed” and held in place. Her elbows are pulled behind her back and crushed as close together as possible, making that intense, narrow posture that makes every breath and movement feel tighter.

A tight cleave gag seals her mouth, turning her reactions into muffled sounds while she tries to endure the pressure. And to keep her truly trapped, she’s clipped to a ring coming down from the ceiling - just enough support and control to keep her upright, but not enough to give her any freedom.

She can only struggle in place. Standing. Bound. Elbows crushed. Rope everywhere. A beautiful dancer reduced to small, desperate movements inside the tight embrace of thin rope.
