A powerful woman becomes obsessed with draining superheroes of their powers to become the most powerful woman in the world. After a superheroine manages to find a crystal that will stop her the woman attacks. While our hero manages to use the crystal to defeat the villain there is a twist as the villain manages to use the crystals power against her.
